Happy Birthday! I have really enjoyed getting to know you over the past few years. I appreciate the fact that we can laugh together over very simple and silly things. We can be honest about our feelings and, although, I didn't believe it when you first said it, you DO cry more than anyone I know. It is a good thing because it allows the rest of us to know we can really express our true feelings to you. So, thanks! I also have enjoyed talking to you about life and all that comes with it.
I am glad that I was able to spend both Mother's Day and Father's Day with you and Matt. It made being away from my own parents and not being a parent myself a little easier. Wanna get together for Groundhog Day??? Not sure the relevance, but I guess we could just celebrate the fact that we are alive and not SO old that we can't still SEE our shadows!
And about Miss Tonda... I still haven't had the pleasure to meet her. Is she coming in town for the holidays, or your birthday?? I hope so, because I am just dying to get to know her. If she is anything like you, she must be great!
I don't have any picture of the two of us, so I decided to add in a video I found of us when we went out dancing! Remember that night? It was so much fun! You are a great dancer!!! I can only hope to learn some of your moves one day. As you'll see, you are far better than me!
Have a wonderful birthday! May you feel consumed in love from your family and friends. I pray that the Lord will continue to bless you and encourage you as you look to your future and all that has in store for you!
Happy Birthday!
Love,
Kat
